Denver Wellness Community

Reset.
Restore.
Reconnect.

Accessible, affordable, community-centered wellness for veterans, first responders, caregivers, women, and anyone carrying more than they can set down.

Healing isn't rushed. It unfolds naturally, in its own time.

Denver-Wellness Community exists to provide accessible, affordable, and community-centered holistic wellness services that support emotional well-being, stress reduction, and nervous system balance for veterans, first responders, caregivers, women, and underserved individuals seeking safe and supportive healing spaces.

We also welcome anyone moving through life transitions, burnout, grief, recovery, or long-running stress. You don't need a diagnosis, a referral, or a reason to come.

You don't have to explain yourself here

Sometimes healing isn't about talking it through. It's about giving the body the quiet it needs to do what it already knows how to do.

Ear acupuncture asks almost nothing of you. You sit down, fully clothed, in a comfortable chair. For the next forty minutes there is nowhere to be, nothing to fix, and nothing to say out loud.

Five small points, placed with care, and then quiet. Some people close their eyes. Some fall asleep. Some sit alongside others in the room and never exchange a word. All of it counts.

It's a supportive practice rather than a replacement for care you may already be receiving, and it sits comfortably alongside it.

Your first visit

What a session looks like

  • Arrive and settle

You're seated comfortably in a zero-gravity or lounge chair, fully clothed. Nothing is asked of you beyond getting comfortable.

  • Points are placed

Five small sterile needles, or needle-free ear seeds if you'd rather, are placed in each ear. It takes only a few minutes.

  • Rest for 30 to 45 minutes

You rest quietly while the points do their work, often alongside others in the room. Then you're free to go, at your own pace.

What we offer

Four practices, one room

Two ways to begin

With needles, or without

45 to 60 minutes · Private or small group

5-Point Ear Acupuncture

A gentle, well-established form of ear acupuncture. Five small, sterile, single-use needles are placed in each ear while you sit back in a comfortable chair. Most people feel the room slow down within the first few minutes.

  • Eases everyday stress and anxiety
  • Supports deeper, easier sleep
  • Helps steady strong emotions
  • Softens physical tension

45 to 60 minutes · Needle-free

Battlefield Acupuncture Ear Seeds

The needle-free option. Small acupressure beads are placed on points on the ear instead of needles, so there is nothing sharp involved at all. They stay put for a few days, and we show you how to use them gently between visits.

  • Eases pain and headaches
  • Softens muscle tension
  • Helps with sleep and anxiety
  • Something you can top up at home

The five points

The NADA 5-Point Protocol

Like the crow, wise, observant, and deeply connected to its surroundings, we believe healing begins with awareness, presence, and gentle care.

Rooted in community · Guided by nature · Grounded in safety
